About MLIX
MLIX is Mali's state-designated national exchange, hosted at the premises of AMRTP, the country's telecoms and posts regulator, and supervised through an economic interest grouping with an annual general assembly. Connection is offered as a 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps switched Ethernet network across redundant switches, with multilateral peering mandatory. 3 networks connect. An applicant must be a Malian company or have representation in Mali, sign the exchange's charter and accept the peering policy, and pay a one-time joining fee of 1,000,000 FCFA in full before membership takes effect.
