JAK1 is SpaceDC's West Jakarta campus, at Jalan Daan Mogot KM 18 No. 18 in Kalideres, on the road out towards Tangerang. The site covers 40,000 m² and is laid out as eight four-storey data centre buildings and a four-storey administration block, holding thirty-two data halls of 1,500 kW each - 48 MW of critical IT power once the whole campus is fitted out. SpaceDC designs to a PUE of 1.3 and an average of 6 to 8 kW per rack, and describes four meet-me rooms serving the buildings, though it publishes no list of carriers reaching Kalideres. The build is phased and the operator has not said which halls are energised. Its wider portfolio is led by MNL1 in Manila at 72 MW, with further sites at Kunshan and Wuhan and five more coded SZX1, PKX2, CAN2, CAN3 and NCR1.
