The certification is the unusual part. The fourth floor is split into two wings holding different Uptime Institute awards: Wing A carries Tier IV Certification of Design Documents and Tier IV Certification of Constructed Facility, while Wing B carries the Tier III equivalents of both. A tenant who needs the Tier IV hall has to ask for Wing A by name, because a single site-level tier does not describe this building.
