Interconnection is the weak side: IX.br keeps no fabric on the campus, so tenants reach São Paulo peering over transport while ODATA sells the site as carrier neutral. ODATA became an Aligned Data Centers company in 2023, and Aligned passed out of Macquarie's hands in July 2026 to a consortium of AIP, MGX and the BlackRock infrastructure arm GIP. The certifications claimed here are management-system ones - PCI DSS, SOC 1 Type 2 and the ISO 9001, 14001, 20000, 27001 and 45001 set. ODATA's Uptime Institute awards belong to SP01, SP03 and Bogotá.
