Foyle Port Innovation Park on Maydown Road, BT47 6UJ, is where GreenScale is developing its Derry campus, across 119,000 m2 of industrial-zoned land. Site preparation started in 2025 and the operator gives 2027 as the ready-for-service date. Grid capacity secured for the campus is 100 MW, which GreenScale says can grow beyond 300 MW, and the target annual PUE is 1.2, with 1.8 GW of renewable generation in operation cited behind it. GreenScale Ltd, company number 15334216, is registered at 64 North Row in London and owned by the investment manager DTCP through DTCP Infra. Derry is one of two GreenScale campuses, the other being Tonstad in Sirdal, Norway. Northern Ireland's position under the Windsor Framework figures in the pitch: access to the UK and EU markets from a single site.
