The technical policy bars IRDP, ICMP Redirect, STP, DHCP, OSPF, IS-IS and vendor discovery protocols on the fabric, and all multicast and broadcast except ARP and IPv6 neighbour discovery, with ARP capped at 20 packets a second per port. Fees are handled through Uzbektelecom's public offer contract rather than a rate card.
