Cogent Data Center – Rennes
Av. Chardonnet - Lorans 30F, Rennes, 35000, FR
The Rennes site is 460 m² on Avenue Chardonnet in the Lorans district, inside the Rennes Atalante technology park. Rennes is where a large share of French telecommunications and cybersecurity research actually happens — the Orange laboratories, IMT Atlantique, Inria and the defence procurement agency's information-security centre are all in the city — and that concentration produces tenants who know exactly what they are buying. Brittany's western position matters too for anything serving the Atlantic seaboard, since traffic originating here does not have to transit Paris first. The plant behind the floor runs to a 300 kW standby set with three thousand litres of fuel.
