SVGIX is the national exchange of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, run by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission — a regulator-operated fabric rather than a commercial one. The membership spans the island's retail market: Kelcom International, the Flow cable operator, on a selective 1G port, Digicel SVG, MCNET Solutions on an open 1G port, and ArliTechs, alongside the exchange's own route servers. Both of the country's major carriers, fixed and mobile, are on it. Route servers run as a dual instance under AS32055, and both the IPv4 and IPv6 peering prefixes come from ARIN's dedicated exchange-point ranges. IPv6 adoption across the fabric is complete.
