STT Defu 3
51 Defu Lane 10, Singapore, 539216, SG
Power capacity
15 MW
More than 15 MW of IT load sits at 51 Defu Lane 10, the third of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres' six Singapore buildings and the one the operator tags with the Defu location name. Two siblings stand a few streets away - STT Singapore 1 at 21 Defu Avenue 1 and STT Singapore 2 at 23 Defu Avenue 1 - which makes Defu the operator's densest Singapore cluster. Across all six sites STT GDC runs more than 110 MW of IT load, in a market where new capacity is administratively rationed and existing halls are correspondingly hard to get into; its largest and newest local building, STT Singapore 6 at 1 Loyang Close, carries 40 MW. Colocation, connectivity and support services are sold from the Defu floors.

How much IT load does STT Singapore 3 carry?
More than 15 MW, against more than 110 MW across the operator's six Singapore data centres.
Which other STT buildings sit in the Defu cluster?
STT Singapore 1 at 21 Defu Avenue 1 and STT Singapore 2 at 23 Defu Avenue 1. Three of the six Singapore sites are in Defu.
Why is Singapore colocation capacity hard to secure?
