Keppel DC Singapore 9 is the planned third building on the Keppel Data Centre Campus at Genting Lane, on the land plot that was still vacant when Keppel set the campus out in November 2024. Keppel and its two data centre private funds hold that plot and would develop it, with Keppel Data Centres taking the operating role. Keppel DC REIT, which bought the campus's two finished buildings, has no interest in the plot: SGP7 and SGP8 went to the REIT on 19 November 2024 in a S$1.38 billion deal, are contracted in full to hyperscale tenants, carry 150,455 sq ft of net lettable area between them and hold BCA Green Mark Platinum ratings. Nothing has been announced for SGP9 itself - no start on site, no service date, no megawatt figure.
