Tillion Aragon
Carretera de Zaragoza a Monzón (A-129), Villamayor de Gállego, 50162, ES
Azora, a Spanish asset manager with EUR 9.7 billion under management, launched Tillion Data Centers on 14 March 2025 and gave the platform its first project at Villamayor de Gallego, on the edge of Zaragoza in Aragon. The grid position came first: Red Electrica approved an initial 150 MW for the site during 2024, and the campus is drawn to reach 300 MW. Construction was scheduled to commence in 2026. Azora has committed roughly EUR 2 billion to land and buildings, with the Aragonese investment promotion agency citing an initial EUR 1.1 billion, and expects whichever operator eventually takes the compute to spend several billion more on hardware. Cooling is specified as a closed loop, and power is to come from on-site generation and renewable purchase agreements rather than from imported supply alone. Tillion's wider target, stated at launch, is more than 600 MW of Spanish development.
