Qupra owns the property outright and runs it as a deliberately small retail room: racks of 42U or 47U, fused at 16 or 32 amps, with 480 VAC available and the largest product contracted at 30 amps, roughly 7 kW. Frys-IX, PeersIX Amsterdam, NSIX Amsterdam, INTERIX, BGP.Exchange Amsterdam, Kawaii IX AMS and 3AM Network IX all land here, alongside about 69 networks and building carriers including KPN, Tele2, Relined, Eurofiber, BT, Lumen, Colt and Carrier2.Network. Qupra runs its own fibre ring out to Digital Realty's AMS Tower, Nikhef and Global Switch. Power is passed through at cost rather than bundled, on a formula that caps the PUE multiplier at 1.5 - a billing ceiling, not a measured figure. Remote hands is included in every placement option, and the operator markets working space and coffee on site, which tells you the intended customer: managed service providers priced out of the Amsterdam majors. The business descends from SS7 Telecom, and a second Amsterdam room opened later at Gyroscoopweg 58. No design standard and no third-party certification is claimed for the building.
