Kempas Tech Park is one of DayOne's two Johor campuses, on Jalan Kempas Lama in Johor Bahru, and it is still being built out while parts of it run. DayOne is the international business of GDS Holdings and it sells whole halls to cloud and AI customers rather than to enterprises directly. Its other Johor campus, Nusajaya Tech Park, has been in service since 2023 and runs to twelve buildings. DayOne states 390 MW in service across the two, financed in part by a US$3.4 billion loan arranged in 2025. The Johor buildings are LEED-certified, from Gold to Platinum.
