Beanfield – 23 Fraser Ave
23 Fraser Ave, Toronto, ON, M6K 1Y7, CA
Beanfield calls 23 Fraser Avenue its more casual room, a less formal proposition than the wire-centre floors it keeps downtown, and it sits in Liberty Village west of central Toronto. Total capacity is 2 MW; the electrical and the mechanical plant are each rated N+1, and dual UPS feeds are available to every customer. Cooling is underfloor with hot-aisle and cold-aisle containment on N+1 CRACs, and a dedicated diesel generator holds at least 24 hours of fuel on site under a priority refuelling contract. Access is unescorted and round the clock, on card control, with motion-triggered IP cameras retained for 90 days and locking cabinets. Networks reach the room over Beanfield's own diverse fibre to 151 Front Street West, 250 Front Street West and 905 King Street West, and the operator is on-net in more than 3,000 commercial buildings across Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Its other colocation floors are inside those three downtown buildings and at 3445 Park Avenue in Montreal.
