AT&T sold its colocation operations to Brookfield in January 2019 for $1.1 billion; that business became Evoque, then Centersquare in April 2024 and Csquare in November 2025, and the third-party site it ran inside this building, NYC2, has been decommissioned. The building remains AT&T's own telecom plant, backed by four 2,000 kW generators and three 20,000-gallon fuel tanks.
