SJC03 is the smallest of Prime Data Centers' five Silicon Valley buildings by floor area, 79,000 sq ft at 2215 Martin Avenue in Santa Clara, and it carries the same 9 MW of critical IT load as two larger siblings - the highest power per square foot in the portfolio. Prime launched the construction phase on 1 November 2022, describing the site then as an 80,000 sq ft campus, and still records the building's status as development. It is already spoken for: availability reads leased, and the Silicon Valley book is offered as build-to-suit and powered shell to enterprise users rather than as a retail product. SJC04 at 1231 Comstock Street and SJC06 at 6580 Via del Oro are the two shown as available.
