Data Center West's Medford facility is a carrier-neutral colocation site at 739 Welch Drive in Medford, Oregon, and serves as the flagship location of Data Center West, Inc., an independent Southern Oregon ISP founded in 2004. The secure, climate-controlled space offers approximately 2,000 square feet supporting racks, cabinets, and caged deployments, with seismically braced racks and individually locking front-and-back cabinets. Power is provided through 110V, 208V, and 220V dedicated circuits backed by a 600-amp Caterpillar standby diesel generator, and four redundant HVAC units maintain environmental conditions with constant temperature and humidity monitoring. The facility is telco-neutral, with diverse route-redundant OC-12 fiber connections to the Internet backbone entering through dual three-inch conduits. Physical security includes 24x7 secured access, NOC video surveillance, and heat and smoke detection for early fire warning, supported by a 24x7x365 network operations center.
