The former A.O. Smith plant at 204 Red Road in McMinnville gave Litewire, LLC a 285,000 sq ft building to grow into, of which 35,000 sq ft was fitted out as a first phase. Tennessee's Department of Economic and Community Development announced the project on 15 July 2015 against 66 jobs, and McMinnville Police Headquarters shares the site. Litewire has published nothing about the building since, so capacity, carrier detail and any expansion beyond phase one rest on that announcement, and no network presence is registered at the address. The Tier IV wording in the 2015 release is a marketing description rather than an award. The 25 MW fuel-cell AI campus proposed elsewhere in McMinnville belongs to Hixson Data Center and is a different project.
