Galaxy Digital converted the former Argo Blockchain bitcoin mine near Afton, in Dickens County, into a single-tenant AI campus of more than 2,200 acres. Phase I handed CoreWeave about 200 MW gross and 133 MW of critical IT in July 2026, with rent running from the second quarter. Phase II adds 260 MW of critical IT from the first half of 2027, taking the three contracted phases to 526 MW. AEP Texas supplies the campus and Wind Energy Transmission Texas provides the interconnection; ERCOT has approved more than 1.63 GW here.
