The roughly 40,000-square-foot, Tier 3 site was acquired by Houston-based Data Journey from Arsenal Digital in 2024 and is marketed for mission-critical, disaster-resistant colocation. Retail options include shared cabinets in secured underground rooms, dedicated cabinets and open floor space up to 5,000 square feet, plus individual servers, bare-metal servers, public cloud instances and remote hands. Connectivity is delivered over a secure, diverse private network tied to several major metro Ethernet providers, with bandwidth scalable from 10 Mbps to gigabit on demand.
