Cogent Data Center – Hollywood
3924 Pembroke Rd, Pembroke Park, FL, 33021, US
Colocation space
6,864
sq ft
Cogent's south Broward facility is 6,864 square feet at 3924 Pembroke Road in Pembroke Park, set between Miami and Fort Lauderdale rather than in either downtown. South Florida is where the submarine cables to Latin America and the Caribbean come ashore, and network position in the region is what a buyer is generally after — but the Miami cable district is dense, expensive and squarely in the coastal surge zone. Wave services are available and the building is carrier-neutral.
