Hewlett-Packard bought this Tulsa facility outright in July 2014 for about $150 million, having leased it until then from BNP Paribas. It stands in the Cherokee Industrial Park in the north of the city, near the corner of East 76th Street North and North Lakewood Avenue, and was run as an enterprise and managed-hosting building rather than space sold to others. The services business that occupied it, HP Enterprise Services, was spun out and merged into DXC Technology in 2017.
