Flexential Raleigh Data Center
5150 McCrimmon Parkway, Morrisville, NC, 27560, US
The Raleigh data center is at 5150 McCrimmon Parkway in Morrisville, between Raleigh-Durham airport and Research Triangle Park, holding 99,976 square feet against 4.31 MW on N+1 UPS at a 1.4 PUE. That efficiency figure is among the best Flexential publishes, and at more than 150 watts per square foot with N+1 cooling the building handles genuinely dense deployments. The Research Triangle concentrates pharmaceutical, biotech and university research computing, which is why the HITRUST and NIST 800-53 coverage in Flexential's company-wide audit program matters more here than in most markets. Availability is contracted at 100% on power, cooling, network and bandwidth.
