CyrusOne CIN2 – Cincinnati
229 West 7th St., Cincinnati, OH, 45202, US
CIN2 occupies the 1930 Cincinnati Bell building at 209 to 229 West 7th Street in downtown Cincinnati, a 400,000 sq ft structure that CyrusOne opened to a public tour in November 2013 with 220,000 sq ft set aside for data halls. Today it offers 143,778 sq ft of technical IT space at 11 MW of IT capacity on 24 or 36-inch raised floors. Cooling is a closed-loop chilled-water plant with 1,200-ton York centrifugal chillers, free-cooling heat exchangers and redundant makeup-water feeds, and the halls are protected by FE25 and FM200 suppression above and below the floor with VESDA detection. The structure is rated to a Fujita F2 wind load and sits on FEMA's priority list as Cincinnati's primary switching facility. Eight networks and one internet exchange meet in the building, which attests PCI DSS, HIPAA and ISO 27001. Buyers take cabinets, cages or a dedicated hall with a 24x7 staffed NOCC and remote hands.
