It is the smaller of the operator's two Charlotte sites and the one that suits a tenant who needs hands on hardware inside the central business district rather than a drive to the airport belt — the Center Park building carries the larger halls and the deeper generator plant. One difference worth checking against a compliance matrix: the published audit program here includes ISO 27001 but not NIST SP 800-53.
