CHI5 is a 60,838 sq ft office and data center building on Springer Drive in Lombard's Oak Creek Center business park, which CyrusOne bought from The Alter Group in May 2013 after occupying 96 percent of it as a tenant. The building holds 13,516 sq ft of colocation space with 29,000 sq ft of powered shell left for build-out, and stood 50 percent leased at the end of 2021. Its capacity is recorded at both 2 MW of critical load and 12 MW of IT capacity. Five networks and one internet exchange meet in the building. CyrusOne no longer presents Lombard alongside its Aurora buildings, and its Lombard page now opens on the Aurora campus. Buyers can take cabinets or a small suite here, with CHI1 to CHI3 in Aurora as the larger option in the same metro.
