CleanSpark took this shed on 26 February 2024, buying three Mississippi sites from Makerstar Capital for $19.8 million through its subsidiary CSRE Properties Mississippi. At 17,500 sq ft on five acres it is the largest of that trio, and it is air-cooled — the company reserves immersion for College Park in Georgia and Cheyenne in Wyoming. Mississippi is reported in aggregate rather than by site: roughly 44 MW and 2.0 exahash across three cities at the end of September 2024, rising to about 63 MW and 2.63 exahash across four a year later, after two parcels at Clinton added 16.5 MW for $5.775 million.

How is the site's capacity used?
For CleanSpark's own bitcoin mining. The company owns and operates its Mississippi buildings and does not lease them to other mining companies or to individuals, and it has reported no AI or high-performance computing revenue to date.
How much power does the site draw?
CleanSpark publishes Mississippi in aggregate rather than by building — about 63 MW and 2.63 exahash across four cities at 30 September 2025, against roughly 44 MW and 2.0 exahash across three cities a year earlier.
What did the three Mississippi buildings cost?
$19.77 million in total, allocated as $1.3 million of land, $7.5 million of buildings and improvements and $10.9 million of electrical infrastructure — more than half the price sat in the plant rather than the structures.
