MIXP.me is Montenegro's national exchange in Podgorica, run by the University of Montenegro, which holds both the exchange organisation and the route-server autonomous system. It sits on the RIPE NCC's dedicated exchange address space, 185.1.44.0/24 and 2001:7f8:22::/64, with the route servers on the first address of each. IPv6 is enabled on every connected port. Internet Systems Consortium runs an F-root DNS root server instance on the fabric at 10 Gbps under an open policy, so Montenegrin networks resolve against a root instance inside the country rather than off it.
