The Bishkek node of Piter-IX is the operator's only presence outside its Russian and European footprint, registered in September 2025, and it sits in the ATS-62 telephone exchange building on bulvar Erkindik in the city centre rather than in a commercial data centre. The fabric is 193.27.36.0/24, IPv4 unicast only at an MTU of 1500, and at present carries nothing but the pair of route servers under AS50210, whose route object is scoped for Central Asia generally rather than for one city. A first 1G or 10G port is free of setup and recurring fees. Anyone joining here is the first member.
