Chandanvelly, in Ranga Reddy district south of Hyderabad, is the largest of the three Telangana landholdings behind Microsoft's HYD11, at 52 acres against 41 at Shadnagar and 22 at Mekaguda. The three together carry the India South Central cloud region, which opened on 6 August 2026 across three availability zones. Land assembly ran through 2023 and 2024, one 48-acre purchase in the district costing Rs 267 crore. Microsoft has committed $20.5 billion to Indian infrastructure over 2025 to 2029.
