Power capacity
90 MW

HY1 is Princeton Digital Group's Hyderabad campus: three buildings on about 15.8 acres, carrying 90 MW in the portfolio PDG publishes for India. The operator places it inside Hyderabad's hyperscale cluster and gives no street address, which is usual for wholesale capacity contracted before it opens. Within PDG's Indian estate the site ranks behind the two Mumbai builds, MU1 at 150 MW and MU2 at 120 MW, and ahead of CH1 in Chennai at 72 MW. PDG entered the country in 2022 with around USD 2.5 billion committed, and on 24 March 2026 it acquired a further 210 MW across Mumbai and Hyderabad, close to doubling its planned Indian capacity and bringing a 1 GW national portfolio into view. Certification is concentrated elsewhere: MU1 DC1-1F in Navi Mumbai is the one PDG building in India with Uptime Institute Tier III awards, held at design stage and again for the finished building.
