PAR13 is the largest data centre Digital Realty operates in France, a purpose-built hall at 14 rue de l'Orme a Moineaux in Les Ulis, south of Paris in the Courtaboeuf business park. The building measures 21,655 sq m (233,092 sq ft), of which around 12,500 sq m is net IT space, and it was designed for 30 MW of IT load. Electrical and cooling are both N+1. It is the only French facility where Digital Realty publishes a carbon-free energy figure alongside the renewable one, both at 100 per cent. The building publishes eight compliance certifications, HDS among them. New-build rather than a conversion, it is the site to look at first for a requirement measured in megawatts rather than racks.
