PAR7 stands at 1-3 rue Rateau in La Courneuve, on its own site a few hundred metres from the Paris Digital Park campus, and at 9,250 sq m (99,570 sq ft) it is the largest of Digital Realty's older Paris buildings. It runs 2N uninterruptible power, fully mirrored electrical paths, with N+1 cooling. Nineteen networks reach it, with euNetworks, IELO and Orange Wholesale International among the carriers on site. Eight marks make up the published compliance set, HDS included. It is the one building in the north of the metro that combines wholesale-scale floor space with mirrored power and a working carrier presence.
