PAR16 is the second building of the three-building campus Digital Realty is developing at Dugny, on avenue de la 2e Division Blindee, and it is not yet built; delivery is expected in 2028. The site is a 9.5-hectare former military brownfield that required pyrotechnic decontamination before work could begin, and the consented scheme covers 41,500 sq m of building footprint with 10,525 sq m of rooftop solar panels. Campus IT capacity is planned at 176 MW across the three buildings, with more than 65,000 sq m of IT space between them. Backup generation runs on HVO rather than conventional diesel. Anyone sizing Paris capacity should read this building as a 2028 option rather than space that can be contracted today.
