PAR17 is the last of the three Dugny buildings scheduled for delivery, expected in 2030, on the campus Digital Realty is developing at Dugny, north-east of Paris. The three buildings together are planned for 176 MW of IT capacity and more than 65,000 sq m of IT space across thirty server rooms. Electrical supply comes from two dedicated 225 kV underground connections built for the campus under a declaration of public utility. Rooftop solar covers 10,525 sq m and recovered heat is contracted into the local Coriance district heating network. PAR17 is the furthest out of the three by some years, so it belongs in a long-range capacity plan rather than a current shortlist.
