ICN11 is Digital Realty's second Korean site, at Gurae-dong in Gimpo City, roughly 23 kilometres west of the Sangam building in Seoul and closer to Incheon. It was announced as a campus-scale multi-storey development an order of magnitude larger than the Seoul building in both floor area and power, aimed at the hyperscale and AI workloads that inner-city Seoul sites cannot physically house. Digital Realty has not published a facility page, a redundancy design, a certification block or an operational status for it, and no interconnection registry entry exists. Korean requirements that need space now are served by ICN10 in Mapo-gu, which is fully specified, carrier-neutral and rated for high-density deployment.
