Serverfarm's first Middle East building occupies David Square on Anshei Bereshit Street in Bnei Zion, a Hof HaSharon village north of Tel Aviv, and opened out of an Israeli expansion announced on 14 December 2021. ISR1 runs to 100,000 sq ft over four cooling halls, supports 10 MW of IT load behind a 2 x 16 MVA utility feed, and is rated for 2 to 3.5 kW per square metre at a stated PUE of 1.25. Five carriers are named on-net - Bezeq, Cellcom, HOT, Partner and Tamares - reached through two meet-me rooms, with no cloud on-ramp published against the site. Serverfarm sells the building as North Tel Aviv, which describes the catchment rather than the municipality. The Uptime Institute's Israel register, whose entries are Bynet, Discount Group, Shonfeld Engineering and Techtonic, carries no award for it.

Frequently asked questions

What supports ISR1's 10 MW of IT load?
A 2 x 16 MVA utility feed and four cooling halls inside a 100,000 sq ft building, at a stated PUE of 1.25.
Which carriers can be reached on-net at Bnei Zion?
Bezeq, Cellcom, HOT, Partner and Tamares, delivered through the site's two meet-me rooms. Bezeq International also holds the building's own interconnection registration.
Why does Serverfarm describe ISR1 as a Tel Aviv data centre?
The building sits in Bnei Zion, in the Hof HaSharon regional council north of the city. Tel Aviv is the market it serves, not the address it occupies.
What rack density does ISR1 support?
2 to 3.5 kW per square metre, which the operator publishes alongside the 1.25 PUE figure and the four-hall layout.
Which Israeli data centres hold Uptime Institute awards?
Bynet, Discount Group, Shonfeld Engineering and Techtonic appear in the country register. Serverfarm does not, so ISR1's resilience is a design position rather than a certified one.
