CyrusOne DFW3 is Building 1 of the Allen campus at 2300 Chelsea Boulevard, a single-story data center with a two-story office built under a $45 million permit registered in July 2017 for completion in June 2018. Its original design placed two 60,000 sq ft data halls on raised access floor with CRAH units in a separate gallery, leaving room to add UPS, chillers and generators as halls fill. A $50 million Data Hall 2 fit-up of 82,750 sq ft was registered in June 2023 for completion in April 2024, and a 1,978 sq ft second-level office fit-out followed in January 2025. The halls sit on the campus closed chilled-water loop, which uses no water for cooling, and can also take rear-door heat exchangers and liquid-to-chip cooling. Together with DFW4 this building delivers 77 MW of IT capacity across the campus. Halls are partitioned for single cabinets, cages or whole-hall customers.
