1505 Ferris Road was the first building delivered on Digital Realty's Garland campus, 181,000 sq ft completed through 2024 with two data centre suites of four megawatts each brought into service that autumn. Expansion work has continued on the same building since, adding further suite capacity through 2026 and into 2027. It is the operating anchor of a campus that is otherwise still under construction, which makes this the Garland address where capacity exists today rather than on a delivery schedule, with room to grow into the phases going up around it.
