2501 S. State Hwy 121 Business, Lewsiville, TX, 75067, US
CyrusOne DFW2 occupies Building 5 of the Technology Convergence Center at 2501 South State Highway 121 Business in Lewisville, minutes from DFW International Airport, with 200,000 sq ft of IT space and 12 MW A February 2013 utility upgrade brought 25 MVA of redundant power from Texas-New Mexico Power to the site, which then held about 110,000 sq ft of raised floor, and a January 2016 permit turned storage space into Data Hall 10. Power arrives from two independent grids in a fault-tolerant design, and floors carry 250 W per sq ft with a path beyond 1,000 W per sq ft on 36 to 48-inch raised floor. Cooling uses 70-ton Stulz CRAC units with variable-speed fans on chilled-water loops fed by multiple 500-ton Trane chillers. Five networks meet in this building, Cogent and Zayo among them, and MegaIX Dallas is present. Buyers take cabinets, cages or halls under a 100% uptime SLA.
