Prime Dallas – Data Center 2
1517 Round Table, Dallas, TX, 75247, US
Prime Dallas Data Center 2, DFW01-02, is a three-story, 96,000 sq ft, 12 MW building under construction at 1455 Round Table Drive in northwest Dallas, beside the 107,000 sq ft, 8 MW DFW01-01 at 1515 Round Table that Prime already operates. The $22 million core and shell was registered on 19 January 2024, and a $47.5 million, 34,438 sq ft buildout with a data hall on levels 1 and 3 and four generators followed on 16 December 2025 for completion by June 2026, bringing a first 3 MW into service. Across the 8.44-acre, 213,000 sq ft campus, Oncor feeds 20 MW of critical IT load from a nearby substation, plant is N+1, and halls are cooled by closed-loop air with liquid cooling available. The 42 networks and four exchanges at 1515 Round Table sit in the neighbouring building, not this one. Both buildings are leased, so a buyer can register for later phases of the 12 MW fit-out here.
