DFW-01 is the single-story building at 2800 Summit Avenue in Plano that Aligned converted from a 1980s Memory Tech office and manufacturing plant and launched in 2015 with 12.5 MW; the building is reported at both 100,000 and 108,000 sq ft. An 8 MW expansion was added in September 2019. Delta3 air-cooling arrays sit in dedicated mechanical galleries, with secondary chilled-water loops valved for DeltaFlow liquid cooling, on an N+1 block-redundant topology with a closed-loop plant. Four networks and one exchange meet in this building, with further carriers in proximity on the 19-acre campus. SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA and ISO 27001 cover the Plano sites. Buyers take cabinets, cages or a dedicated hall here, with the three-story DFW-02 next door for larger blocks.
