CyrusOne DFW7 – Fort Worth
Asphalt Dr, Fort Worth, TX, 76179, US
CyrusOne DFW7 is a data center campus under construction on Asphalt Drive in north Fort Worth, Tarrant County, registered in September 2024 as a $200 million single-story data center with a two-story office and broken ground on April 4, 2025 with about 70 MW of initial IT capacity and Oncor delivering the utility feed. The state filing records 1,904,000 sq ft while its scope text describes about 190,400 sq ft. In January 2026 CyrusOne tied the site to Eolian's Chisholm Grid, a 100 MW battery plant that has run in ERCOT since 2021, using its existing high-voltage transmission to shorten time to power. A $75 million tenant fit-out of second-floor offices and data-hall racks was registered in July 2025 for work from September 2026 to February 2027, and CyrusOne expects to deliver capacity from this campus in 2026. Whole buildings and large hall blocks are the offer here for hyperscale and AI deployments.
