The campus is marketed as Grand Prairie and permitted in Midlothian. Texas's licensing department has Building 1 at 881 Miller Road in northern Ellis County under project TABS2026016734, a 72,590,278 dollar structure with construction dated from 1 April 2026 to 1 April 2028, roughly fifteen miles from the city the campus is named after. PowerHouse Data Centers, a division of American Real Estate Partners, is developing it with Provident Data Centers, and no end user has been named. The site plan runs to 8.5 million sq ft of two-storey buildings, ten in each of the first two phases and four in each of the last two, though the developer's own pages give the land as both 768 and 810 acres and the building count as anything from 27 to 29. The power case is the firmest part of it: an on-site switchyard planned at 1.8 GW, with a first 500 MW tranche already approved through ERCOT and the first building due to be energised in the fourth quarter of 2026.
