1 Century Place (TOR1)
1 Century Place, Vaughan, ON, L4L 8R2, CA
TOR1 at 1 Century Place in Vaughan is the largest data centre in Canada and the country's only DuPont Fabros asset, built into the former Toronto Star printing plant and opened in June 2018 across four storeys. Twenty-three computer rooms are designed at 1 to 3 MW each toward a build-out ceiling of about 46 MW of critical load, engineered to a 1.25 annualised PUE; that ceiling is the full phased plan rather than capacity available today. Uninterruptible power is N+1 and cooling N+1. It publishes the fullest Canadian compliance set — SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI-DSS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001 and LEED Silver. Confirm the floor area against your own requirement: Digital Realty publishes two different figures for this building.
