Cologix TOR3
905 King Street West, Toronto, ON, M6K 3G9, CA
TOR3 is Cologix's newest downtown Toronto build, developed on the same 905 King Street West campus as TOR2 and carrying 2 MW of A and B power across 20,000 square feet. It is the Toronto facility with cloud on-ramps landed directly on site: AWS Direct Connect, Google Cloud, Azure ExpressRoute, IBM Cloud and Oracle FastConnect all terminate in the building rather than being reached over metro fiber. Backblaze runs its Canadian storage region from here and expanded that footprint in March 2025, which says plainly what the facility is built for — data-residency workloads that need in-country storage and a short path to a cloud. Dedicated dark fiber reaches the TOR1 meet-me room at 151 Front Street for TorIX and the wider carrier ecosystem. Cooling is N+1 chillers with APC in-row units and hot-aisle containment, and UPS and generator run up to 2N.
