The award covers the building's first data hall, and uniquely in the Cologix portfolio it is a Certification of Constructed Facility, meaning Uptime inspected the plant as built rather than only the engineering drawings. The plant supports it: each hall runs 2N electrical and N+1 mechanical on four 750 kVA Mitsubishi UPS modules side-paralleled A and B, a 2 MW Caterpillar generator per side, and 72 hours of on-site fuel at full load. Cooling is 770 tons per hall. The structure carries an EF-4 tornado rating behind a K-rated campus perimeter fence.
