Cologix TOR4-S

TOR4-S is Cologix's Scalelogix hyperscale facility on Clegg Road in Markham, purpose-built for cloud providers and large enterprise blocks rather than single-cabinet colocation. Fifty thousand square feet across two data halls carry 11 MW on a 3.4-acre campus, with capacity for roughly a thousand cabinets and distributed-redundant power backed by generators, including generators dedicated to the cooling plant. It was developed with CIM Group and completed construction in October 2023; Cologix bought out CIM's interest in September 2025 and now owns the building outright, along with TOR5 next door. More than 160 network providers and all five major cloud on-ramps are reachable through the meet-me room in TOR5 on the same campus, and dual fiber entrances carry Metro Connect and Metro Fiber routes back to 151 Front Street downtown. The site is thirty minutes from downtown Toronto and twenty from Pearson, with free covered parking.
