Evocative OAK1
1400 65th Stret, Emeryville, CA, 94608, US
Evocative OAK1 is a 15,042 sq ft colocation site at 1400 65th Street in Emeryville, between Oakland and Berkeley on the east side of the bay. The building has changed hands twice within the same family of operators: Evocative sold it to 365 Main in July 2013, then bought it back from 365 Data Centers in May 2017 together with the San Jose site that is now SJC7. Power is N+1 with A and B DC feeds, the cooling plant is rated at 300 tons, and the roof carries solar panels. AT&T, Lumen, Cogent, Paxio, Verizon and Zayo are on net, three networks register here, and dark fiber and wavelength services run across the bay to Equinix SV1 in San Jose. SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3 and PCI DSS audits cover the site. This is the East Bay option for cabinets and partial racks, with managed services from the same floor.
