Evocative DAL6 is a 111,000 sq ft data center with 52,000 sq ft of raised floor at 1221 Coit Road in Plano, opened by Internap in December 2011 on two 3 MW feeds and Evocative's second Plano building since the nine-site INAP purchase announced on 14 September 2022. Four 3 MW feeds from two substations supply 12 MW today, with 20 MW of expansion, and four 1.2 MW UPS modules and four 2 MW generators run at N+1, expandable to eleven each. Closed-loop chilled water from three 350-ton and one 428-ton units is likewise N+1 and expandable to eleven. Twelve networks and MegaIX Dallas are in the building, with AT&T, Verizon, Zayo, Cogent, Logix, PacketFabric and Megaport among the carriers. SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, ISAE 3402, PCI DSS and HIPAA are attested for the site. A buyer can scale from a single server to a full suite, with discounted rates on 24- or 36-month terms.
